Philosophy and Approach

Within all of us there’s a divine spark, a place of inner knowing, harmony and vitality. I help people to access and live from this deeper place within – from their higher Self. In developing a strong bond to Source, to Spirit, one can then love and live her life purpose and dreams. I thrive on working with people who would like to follow this path and live their lives to the fullest.

I guide people in regaining their vision by shedding their patterns of negative, resistant or destructive thoughts, feelings and behavior. First, I create a safe, sacred space for my clients where they can begin to relax and acknowledge the pain of their lives. I help people to clearly see and viscerally experience deeper, underlying feelings of sadness, shame, guilt, fear, and anger. Clients begin to realize that these feelings are those same feelings of fear or insecurity that they may have started when they were only children. I help people to realize that these difficult emotions are only a normal, natural part of the human experience and that it can be powerful to face these emotions with openness, tenderness and non-judgment. If we can look at our thoughts, feelings and behaviors with curiosity, kindness and interest, we can begin to soften these patterns and accept ourselves deeply. In fact, in so doing, we find that our pain, our challenges are actually opportunities to grow and to move to a higher level of consciousness.  We begin to see how these difficulties tie into a deeper meaning or theme in our lives. When we can see clearly and without judgment, our bodies, minds and spirits can begin to naturally heal.

I help clients to love themselves by seeing and claiming their own greatness. So often we focus on the negative aspects and worries of our lives that we can fail so see our light, our strength, our brilliance. I assist clients in reflecting on their moments of joy, love, flow and strength, for it is what one focuses on which increases.

As my clients begin to deeply love and accept themselves, they can move forward with more ease, more easily love others unconditionally. We find that love is simple – in reality it’s being truly present, about slowing down and settling into a sense of being, a state in which we’re in sync with the rhythm of life. From this place we can open our eyes to the beauty and wonder around us. How does one do this when life can be so busy and chaotic? Cultivating mindfulness helps us to face difficulty head on without necessarily struggling, fighting or immediately needing to change circumstances. It’s learning how to ride the waves of our lives without having to resist, push away, bottle up or battle against. I help people to pause and be with challenges in a more centered responsive way. Responding with presence translates to love.

In brief, I help clients to come back home to who they really are. As they reconnect with Source, with their higher Self, they experience love – a deep connection that flows beyond our five senses and that enables us to be naturally responsive in the moment. As we do so, life unfolds and we can clearly see and walk our Path, the Path of truth, authenticity, purpose, passion and love. We feel alive, awake, excited and our relationships, careers and lives flow smoothly.
