of deeply ingrained negative patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions. Mindfulness allows you to be more
present and to observe yourself from a place of compassion and curiosity.

Therapy
When
we experience challenging emotions, our breathing becomes restricted and we tend to become tight and tense. These emotions
become locked in the body. Mind Body therapy is about helping clients to feel their emotions in the body, so that they can
be released; for what we feel, we can then heal. After guiding clients into a relaxed, meditative state, I use dialoging techniques
to help them access and process deeply held, unconscious memories, images and emotions. Once experienced, self-limiting thoughts,
beliefs and feelings may be released. New, positive thoughts, feelings and images, which serve us better can then be integrated.

of the body’s energy centers, with modern psychology, to correct imbalances and clear blockages in your body, enhancing

LifeForce Yoga for Anxiety
& Depression
Yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation, done mindfully, allow clients to center themselves in their bodies
and the present moment. Specific breathing techniques,
meditation methods and postures are tailored to each individual in order to help alleviate symptoms of
anxiety and/or depression.
Reiki
Reiki is about releasing energetic blockages in the body so
that emotions and life force can once again flow freely. Reiki promotes healing, stress reduction and physical, emotional
and spiritual well-being.
